This project consists of approximately 75,000 square feet of new construction for a mixed-use center in Ashton, Maryland including commercial retail space and second floor office space. The first floor retail includes a 30,000 square foot grocery store, a 2,000 square foot bank and three speculative retail areas of approximately 7,000 SF / 10,850 SF, and 2,400 SF. The second floor office space is comprised of 2,000 SF over the bank area and approximately 22,000 SF in one contiguous area over the three retail areas. Located in an area where the nearest grocery store is over three miles away, this project is sure to provide much needed services to a rapidly growing population.
