Smolen Emr + Associates Architects has been involved with educational facility design and construction for over 25 years. The firm has provided A/E services for new facilities, additions, limited renovations, total modernizations, ADA surveys, systemic renovations, site circulation analysis and design, feasibility studies, and existing condition surveys.
