This project includes the construction of a new translucent pool enclosure, entrance renovations and site modifications. The translucent enclosure will be constructed on the existing swimming pool and concrete deck area. The translucent enclosure will have a multiple height roof structure with three operable, two-way, roof panels that are electrically operated. Following this initial project, SEAA was awarded two additional projects involving renovations to an existing Art Room and Day Care Center.
