This project includes the construction of a new translucent pool enclosure, entrance renovations and site modifications. The translucent enclosure was constructed on the existing swimming pool and concrete deck area. The area of the existing concrete deck has been enlarged to incorporate the new translucent enclosure.

Following this initial project, SEAA was awarded an additional project involving renovations to an existing Art Room. This project consisted of providing a new, 2,000 square foot, Art Room addition on the fifth floor of the historically significant Main School House Building. SEAA was faced with a number of significant challenges in the development of this addition, including challenges with the structure, building code and life safety. The Art Room was constructed with a semi-flat roof enhanced by a gabled translucent skylight allowing for indirect lighting into the interior without overly lighting the space. The entrance to the Art Room is accessed through the fourth floor corridor area, which was renovated with new finishes, a code compliant stair, railing and a hydraulic wheelchair lift.
