18 work orders were completed under an Indefinite Delivery Contract awarded to SEAA by the Baltimore District Corps of Engineers from 1994 to 1996. These delivery orders included such projects as facility interior and exterior renovations, handicapped accessibility upgrades and HVAC replacements with like cycle cost analysis. Projects ranged from hose bib and door replacements to a new golf course kiosk and an addition to the museum for a tank exhibit. Other design considerations included masterplanning, occupied and phased construction, and existing conditions surveying. Documentation included field investigations, surveys, feasibility studies, conceptual designs, life safety design calculations, cost estimates and project schedules. All final project deliverables were submitted in the AutoCAD and specification format required by the client.
