In August of 2000, Smolen Emr + Associates Architects was awarded an Indefinite Delivery contract with the Federal Bureau of Prisons for work in the Mid-Atlantic states region. The contract is for one year with four renewal option years. This Indefinite Delivery contract stemmed from our increasing experience in IDIQ type contracts with state and local agencies, as well as the United States Post Office and DGS. We are currently working on our third renewal option.
