This project includes the construction of a new translucent pool enclosure, entrance renovations and site modifications. The translucent enclosure will be constructed on the existing swimming pool and concrete deck area. The translucent enclosure will have a multiple height roof structure with three operable, two way, roof panels that are electrically operated. The area of the existing concrete deck will be enlarged to incorporate the new translucent enclosure. In addition, three multi-height gable roofing structures will be constructed over the Pool entrance and the existing Pool House Buildings. Interior modifications will include a handicap-accessible reception counter in the lobby area, a new classroom, storage room and telescoping bleachers. The lobby floor will boast a new 6x6 tile flooring system.
