This project was a renovation of an existing historic structure that was constructed in 1897. The renovation included the pulpit, baptistery, choir area with support rooms, Pastor’s study, and a new HVAC system. The final completed renovation square footage was 1,890. Some careful demolition was involved. This project was a prime example of completing construction with-out the disruption of ongoing events. Completed on schedule in 1993 this project was a success in every way.
